HG series internal gear pumps in which the internal and external gears are precisely aligned on one side and separated by a unique “crescent plate” on the other side of the pump cover. The driving internal gear on the shaft ensures the coordinated rotation of the two gears.
At the inlet, when the gear is disengaged, negative pressure will be generated, which is beneficial to fluid suction. When engaged at the outlet, the gears continuously compress and pressurize the fluid for efficient discharge. This special design enables the pump to effectively handle fluids with viscosities ranging from 0.2 to 1000000cp.
HG2 gear pump is a fixed-displacement gap compensation type, which consists of a front cover, pump body, back cover, gear shaft, internal ring gear, sliding bearing, front and rear side plates, positioning rod, crescent plate, and crescent-shaped main plate. Additionally, it features a plastic rod for radial compensation, ensuring precise and reliable performance.
Suitable for industrial hydraulic machinery, including hydraulic systems in plastic machinery, shears, die-casting machinery, and forklift industries. The HG series is available in 0, 1, 2 model sizes and 10-80 component series with high pressure (32MPa) capability.
