A7VK piston pumps are divided into A7VKG closed and A7VKO open.
The A7VKG and A7VKO hydraulic piston pumps feature a compact design with reduced dimensions and weight compared to the A2VK models. Despite the reduced dimensions, they retain the same mounting flange, drive shaft and features, ensuring easy replacement.
Enhanced corrosion protection is achieved through special surface treatments. Rexroth A7VK piston pumps offer manual adjustment with a precision display and clamping device to prevent accidental adjustment. They include a double shaft seal and flushing chamber made of special materials to identify damage and protect the environment. Volumetric efficiency is improved by using a robust rotating group with proven axial tapered piston technology. A high-pressure relief valve can be optionally installed.
Rexroth hydraulic pumps operate quietly and feature a closed design (A7VKG) that allows high permissible filling pressures for high-viscosity media or hydraulic oils by separating the filling channel and the pump housing; in this design, case drain oil must be discharged. The open design (A7VKO) connects the housing to the suction chamber, eliminating the need for a case drain line between the housing and the tank.
