Nachi’s PVS series pumps offer a displacement range of 8 to 45cc/rev and can withstand a continuous pressure of 210 bar.
The PVS piston pump uses Nachi’s unique semi-cylindrical swash plate design to maintain a stable flow output when the surface is under pressure, effectively eliminating excess flow and saving energy and reducing hydraulic costs according to the load cycle.
The design adopts a low-noise mechanism, including a slipper, swash plate and a distribution plate to ensure silent operation. The new vibration and noise control mechanism effectively reduces vibration levels through a unique three-point support system, while optimizing the inlet and outlet shapes and applying high-performance journal bearings to further reduce noise.
Utilizing Nachi’s advanced processing technology, high-efficiency operation is guaranteed and power loss is reduced, especially when idling. During maintenance, the pressure adjustment and capacity adjustment mechanisms are located on the same side, making operation and adjustment more convenient.

PVS Pump Installation and Piping Precautions:
1.Use a flexible connection between the drive shaft and pump shaft to avoid excessive radial and axial pressure.
2.Ensure alignment between the transmission shaft and pump shaft is within 0.05 mm and 1ยฐ.
3.The coupling length to the pump shaft should be at least two-thirds of its total length.
4.Ensure the connecting flange between the oil pump and motor is strong enough.
5.The oil pump should have a self-priming pressure of -0.03 MPa or higher, with a suction port flow rate โค 2 m/sec.
6.Directly connect the oil drain line back to the fuel tank, ensuring oil discharge back pressure is below 0.1 MPa.
Hydraulic Oil Management:
1.Use high-quality hydraulic oil with viscosity from 20 to 200 mm/s (ISO VG32-68).
2.Operate within an oil temperature range of 5-60ยฐC; start at low pressure and speed below 5ยฐC.
3.Use a 100 ฮผm (150 mesh) filtration precision for the oil suction filter, and install a return oil filter with less than 20 ฮผm filtration accuracy (above 10 ฮผm for pressures โฅ 14 MPa).
4.Maintain hydraulic oil contamination within NAS10 standards.
5.Operate in ambient temperatures of 0-60ยฐC.
