Linde HPR piston pumps feature a swash plate design for open circuit systems, support clockwise and counterclockwise rotation, have strong self-priming capabilities, and can increase speed by adjusting the swash plate angle or by pressurizing the oil tank. It features adaptive noise optimization (SPU), discharges decompressed liquid through the pump housing to stabilize the suction side, and is equipped with precise load sensing control. The pump features an SAE high-pressure interface and mounting flange to support multi-pump series configuration.
Linde HPR piston pumps feature energy-saving on-demand flow control, dynamic response, excellent suction performance, and noise optimization over the entire operating range. The compact design combined with high power density provides high-pressure carrying capacity, long service life, and seamless integration with Linde LSC control valves and LinTronic systems.
Design features include: load sensing controller, plunger shoe assembly with 21ยฐ swash plate angle, single-piece high-rigidity pump housing, servo-controlled swash plate, optimized suction channel, and SPU to reduce pressure pulsation. Models include HPR75-02L, HPR105-02R, HPR135-02L, etc.
