The main components of the Marzocchi GHP1 gear pump include two gear pairs supported by aluminum bushings, a pump body, a fixed flange and a cover. The design of the aluminum bushing not only improves the wear resistance of the pump body, but also helps to reduce the weight of the pump body, allowing the pump to operate stably under high pressure.
The appropriate tooth profile and geometric ratio design are designed to reduce the pulsation and noise level during the operation of the pump.
