Structural design:
Shimadzu SGP2 series gear pumps are designed with external meshing and are specially designed for forklift applications. Its structure includes a three-opening design with excellent automatic axial clearance compensation and radial hydraulic balancing performance.
Materials and components:
The front and rear covers of the pump are made of high-strength aluminum, the intermediate housing is made of cast iron, and the surface of the SGP2 gear pump is treated with metal coating. The side plates are made of bimetallic material, and the bearings are durable DU bearings to ensure long-term reliability of the components.
