A10VG piston pump is a swashplate design axial piston variable pump used for hydrostatic transmission in closed circuit. The flow rate is proportional to the drive speed and displacement, and it offers infinitely variable control. As the swashplate angle increases from 0 to its maximum value, the output flow rate also increases. When the swashplate passes through the neutral position, the flow direction changes smoothly.
The Rexroth A10VG variable displacement piston pumps features a wide range of highly adjustable control devices(DG,MD,HD,HW,DA,EP,EZ), allowing for different control and regulation functions. It is equipped with two pressure relief valves on the high-pressure oil port side to prevent overloading of the hydrostatic transmission (pump and motor). These high-pressure relief valves can also be used as makeup valves.
An integrated makeup pump acts as both feed pump and control pump. The maximum makeup pressure is limited by an internal makeup relief valve.
